I like to eat. It is part of my family's love language. I have found freedom with food as I have learned to cook with spices. I don't diet, I enjoy healthy, exotic, fresh meals that are naturally low in fat and healthy. Food can find the right meaning in your life. Eating right is not hard. You can do it and your whole family can enjoy it.


My biggest success has come from finding healthier versions of what I like to eat. I love Mexican, Thai, Italian, Indian and American. I am still eating what I love, but have been able to keep my calories controlled and my body feels great.
